So I was messing around with photoshop and a picture of my cats and came up with a beer label for the new batch of homebrew. Named after one of my favorite albums.
I think, however, that my beer label will go by the wayside as I start looking into home kegging systems. The thought of having to wash all those bottles again is daunting...

Cute cats, and good sounding brew. Is it going to be a dubbel or a tripel or the like?
ReplyDeleteI would love if it would turn out like a Tripel Karmeliet, one of my favorites, we shall see!
ReplyDeleteThat's how the cats trick you - they turn on their cute faces to cover up their not-so-innocent actions. But I wouldn't have it any other way...
Yes, my brother and I are going the way of kegging as well. 90-100 bottles is a pain, being able to stick part of it in a cornie or a soda keg is definitely the way to go. I found your website through Sparkfun Electronics, I'm going to look into the Peltier cooler/heater as I've been dabbling in microcontrollers recently myself.

ReplyDeleteI'm about to update the blog for the peltier circuit. Though the circuit does work, I will be adding some functionality and improving the efficiency of the control circuit.
1. driving the circuit with straight PWM instead of creating a linear analog voltage.
2. creating an h-bridge to get reversability of the peltier, i.e. heating as well as cooling.
